    Zoladex Injection - Side-effects

    Zoladex Injection - Precautions & How to Use

    Before using Zoladex Injection, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert.     • Avoid becoming pregnant while using goserelin for at least 12 weeks after stopping goserelin
    • Consult your doctor if you continue to have menstrual bleeding
    • Consult your doctor if you experience worsening of symptoms like bone pain, blood in the urine, difficulty in urinating, burning, numbness, or tingling especially during the first few weeks
    • Do not drive or operate machinery
    • Frequent monitoring of blood glucose levels in diabetics taking goserelin is recommended
    • Inform the doctor if you have a history of urinary problems, spinal cord problems, abnormal growths on or near the spine or spinal cord, mental or mood problems, diabetes, a certain type of irregular heartbeat or other heart problems, blood vessel problems, stroke, or high blood calcium levels
