    Zeet Tablet is used for Cough, Breathing problems, Congestion, Asphyxia, Bronchitis, Sinusitis and other conditions. Zeet Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
    Zeet Tablet contains Bromhexine and Phenylpropanolamine as active ingredients.
    Zeet Tablet works by increasing the viscid or excessive mucus in respiratory tract thus making phlegm thinner; stimulating alpha-adrenergic receptors which produce vasoconstriction and reduces tissue edema and nasal congestion;

    Zeet Tablet - Side-effects

    Zeet Tablet - Precautions & How to Use

    Before using Zeet Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
    • Avoid its continuous use for longer than 3 months
    • Consult your doctor if suffering from lung infection, breathing difficulty while resting, blood in the mucus, fever and chest pain, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe uncontrolled asthma, stomach ulcers, liver or kidney problems
    • Do not use it longer than 3-5 days
    • Expect increase in lung secretions
    • In case of serious allergic reactions or developing skin lesions, stop taking this medicine and consult your doctor
    • Seek medical attention if symptoms last longer than 14 days or worsen after use of medication

    Missing a dose

    Overdosage of Zeet Tablet

    • Do not use more than prescribed dose. Taking more medication will not improve your symptoms; rather they may cause poisoning or serious side-effects. If you suspect that you or anyone else who may have overdosed of Zeet Tablet, please go to the emergency department of the closest hospital or nursing home. Bring a medicine box, container, or label with you to help doctors with necessary information.
