Cheri Capsule is used for During pregnancy, Red blood cell production, Anaemia, Anemia, Growth and development in teens, Treatment of emetics and other conditions. Cheri Capsule may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Cheri Capsule improves the patient's condition by performing the following functions:
  • Producing blood cells and platelets in the body.
  • Acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow.
  • Treating vitamin B12 deficiency.

Cheri Capsule - Precautions & How to Use

Before using Cheri Capsule, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert.   • Administer the drug slowly
  • Administration of folic acid alone is improper therapy for pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias in which vitamin B12 is deficient

  • Beware that overdose causes enteritis, hepatitis, and nephritis
  • Bowel problems
  • Breastfeeding
